Boys Spring Registration
Brookfield Youth Lacrosse is an empowering and dynamic program where boys of all skill levels, from first to eighth grade, can unleash their potential and discover the thrill of the game! With a focus on teamwork, skill development, and fun, players will forge lasting friendships while learning the exciting strategies of lacrosse.

Ages
BLA is open to boys in first through eight grade living in and around Brookfield, WI
When
Practices start in March with games starting in April and running through June. You won't want to miss our second annual Brookfield Charity Classic!
Games
Brookfield Lacrosse commits to at least 4 tournaments per season from April to end of May. Additional play days or round robins may be added to the schedule based on club and team availability.
Practices
All levels, boys and girls practice at Canterbury Park (21005 Coventry Drive Brookfield WI 53005).
Practices are typically 1-2x per week in the evenings.
Cost & Volunteering
For the 2026 season, the registration fee is $400 across all age groups. Your player's registration includes:
- Personalized BLA shooter shirt
- 4 tournaments (minimum of 12 games per season + potential for more)
- Field rental
- Indoor space rental for the cold months
- Equipment maintenance and supplies used for the season
All families are required to volunteer at least 4 hours during the season. Alternatively, a $250 opt-out payment is an option. Should a family not meet the volunteer requirement, a $250 volunteer fee will be charged to their card on file at the end of the season.

Equipment
The equipment boys use is different than girls. Typical equipment is:-
- Helmet
- Lacrosse stick
- Gloves
- Cleats
- Protective Cup
- Arm Pads
- Shoulder Pads
- Mouthguard
- Rib Pads (Optional)

What equipment does my son need?
The boy's game and equipment needs are different than girls. Scroll up for a listing of the equipment required. If equipment is a barrier for your child to try or continue their lacrosse development. Please let us know. We have partnerships and grant opportunities available.
My child has another activity/sport during the same timeframe. Is that an issue?
We know that family calendars are stretched and choices need to be made. Just like with every sport, we are excited that you'll be making time for your child's development and interests. We welcome you to any and all practices / games that you are able to attend. We have confidence that you and your athlete will fall in love with this sport.
Boys Spring 2026
BLA provides opportunities for youth to learn the game of lacrosse in a safe, positive and fun environment. BLA's mission is to instruct, promote and compete in youth lacrosse. We welcome athletes at all experience levels living in and around Brookfield.
